It's Dr. Kalam's birthday today. The day when abul got his great grandson, pakir got his grandson and jainulabdeen got his son and india got "Missile man","the people's president". One of the greatest personality, scientist of the world. What to say about him very balanced person,kind,honest,ground to earth. Most loveable president of all time. He wanted to be an IAS officer but universe was working something better for him. From getting rejection from Indian Air force to the chairman of DRDO,ISRO and missile development programme of india and president of india. But the most important thing is that he was still ground to earth. He doesn't even understand the word "ego".
He refused the job of NASA because he wanted to serve his own country. But let me tell you one unknown fact before getting the job he was a short tempered person who can get angry very easily. Now how can he overcome his anger. He combine science with spiritualism. According to him science and spiritualism are two wheels of our life. Science is incomplete without spirituality and vica versa. When you combine these two things together you will get your self realisation. Now this is true science. Now just think the level of his thinking, a scientist thinking about spirituality. He also believed that everything is inside us, we just have to find it. Writer of wings of fire,ignited minds and many books. Do you know he loves to write poem. He said that read the failure stories of people,you will learn from them not from the sucess stories. So many thought he had given to us. If we start following even one of his thought as our motivation you will definitely understand what is life all about. There are many reasons to hate, spread love. He was loved by every group of our society. He was like a child,completely innocent that's why he was very much loved by children. From getting inspired from thoughts of his friend or his brother-in-law to inspire millions of people. From working under vikram sarabhai, sk dhawan to the chief of DRDO,ISRO and missile development programme. From a common man to the first citizen(president) of india. From got scolded by his maths professor to honored by most reputed titles of our country The bharat ratna(1997),padma vibhushan and padma bhushan. That's dr. Kalam for you. Synonym of simplicity. Real hero and inspiration who fought against worst day and problems bravely and didn't give up to serve the nation and youth. He died during an event when he was giving speech to the scholars.
